How long have you been in Girlguiding?
Nearly 13 years as an adult volunteer, but I was a Brownie and a Guide.
Describe your journey into your county role:
As a Division Commissioner, the County role is an extension of the responsibilities which go with that role.
Is there anything that stands out, any proud achievements?
Getting my division through the pandemic, and getting back to good Guiding when we returned.
What do you enjoy the most in your role?
Getting to visit all the units across all sections and seeing what they are doing.
What do you enjoy the most about representing your county?
Being a small part of the system that helps recognise all the hard work our volunteers do.
